The interactive workshops take place from 10-11:30 AM EST. They are split into two virtual sessions, across two consecutive weekend days:
Session 1 (weekend day 1): Introduction to gluten-free baking and Sourdough Starter 101. You’ll learn starter care and feeding, then have a week to get your mailed starter active at home. (90 min)
Session 2 (weekend day 2): Baking with your active starter and our flour blend. We’ll mix and shape the dough together, leaving you with a proofed dough to bake the next day. (90 min)
